  2. well yes, everybody is responsible for his/her own cause of accident, clumsiness maybe but consider the fact that not all workplace are safe specially when equipments or machineries are not working fine. with this kind of situation, you can file for a work accident claims but be sure to prove that the workplace of your employer was liable for it.

  3. accidents can really happen every time in public or at work. usually, employers is responsible for providing his or her employees a safe and healthy workplace. If the employer fails to do so, and something happen or an accident occurs, and someone is seriously injured, the employer should be prepared to tackle it with the work accident lawyer of the employee.
